Is grooming open?

Yes.  However, during the current lockdown, we are operating with one groomer per day.

How can I book a grooming appointment?

Appointments can be booked by phoning the store at 613-962-2300 or by private messaging us on Facebook or Instagram.

Is my pet eligible for a grooming appointment during the lockdown?

During the lockdown, we are the only ones able to groom pets for health reasons. Some of these reasons can include fur hanging in their eyes, long nails, allergies, matting, hot spots, etc.

What is the COVID-19 protocol for grooming pick-up and drop-offs?

Unfortunately, during the current lockdown, customers are not allowed in the store. Please phone the store when you arrive for your pet grooming appointment and the groomer will meet you in the parking lot.

Do I need to make an appointment for a nail trim?

Yes. For right now, the Government has asked for all grooming services to be booked. You can call the store at 613-962-2300 to book a nail trim.

What is the method of payment for grooming appointments?

We are accepting e-transfer, cash, credit, debit, or gift certificates.

 

Are you open for in-store shopping?

During the current lockdown, we are open for curbside pickup. Please phone the store at 613-962-2300 to place your orders.
