Went to Besties for the first time this week. They booked the appointment immediately and were super friendly over the phone and through social media! My sweet boy Louis looks so good. I am very happy with the result. Took about 1-1 1/2 hours for a full grooming for a small dog. No signs of itching or irritation from any of the products used. He also came out with a super cute bandana which was a nice added touch. Thank you to the wonderful team at Besties. Will be booking again in the new year once he needs another grooming. Highly recommend the team at Besties Pet Spa.
The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! They have great quality products in there. My new pup got his first shampoo and nails trimmed! He was so calm and happy when I came to pick him up. They were gentle, loving, and patient with him. Thank you for taking care of us! Besties is the best!
